周守忠编的《养生类纂》22卷，又名《杂纂诸家养生至宝》、《养生延寿书》、《养生杂纂》。宋·周守忠编撰，成书于南宋嘉定13年（1220）。书中对南宋前220余种古籍中的养生学思想、理论、技术、方法等内容进行了系统梳理、归纳和分类，分列为养生总叙、天文、地理、人事、屋寓、服章、食馔、羽禽、毛兽、鳞介、米谷、果实、果蔬、草木、服饵等部。资料丰富，繁简得宜，条理清晰，导引、适时、起居、食疗、服药等具体方法靡不俱备，切于实用。 书后附作者另一部养生书籍《养生月览》2卷，可供读者按月查询养生方法。本书乃集南宋前养生学成就之大成者，此次整理以明成化10年（1474）钱塘谢颎刻本为底本。
