《经济合作与发展组织良好实验室规范准则与管理系列》自2006年翻译出版以来，得到了外登记管理部门和同行的欢迎和信赖。作为本书的译者，我们为能够在推动我国农药GLP（良好实验室规范）体系建设方面做一些工作并得到承认而感到欣慰。 2007年6月OECD（经济合作与发展组织）健在了GLP管理系列第十五篇《遵从GLP冷风中档案室的建立和管理》，翻译委员会对其进行了翻译，同时在广泛征求对本书意见的基础上组织人员对部分篇章重新进行了润色，翻译。为此，我们汇编了《经济合作与发展组织良好实验室规范准则与管理系列》修订本。
