提到甲状腺疾病,首先让我们浮想起来的就是巴塞多氏病。我们都知道巴塞多氏病患者多表现为眼球突出。除此之外,甲状腺疾病中乔本氏病的患者也不在少数。但是乔本氏病的患者一般情况下没有症状,在发现的时候已经很晚了,我作为一名专科医生来讲,巴塞多氏病比乔本氏病在临床上更为常见。巴塞多氏病发病的时候并不是表现为所有的症状,特别是在老年的患者不表现为典型的临床症状,所以比较容易被忽略。不论是巴塞多氏病还是乔本氏病都是女性患者居多,两者均是由于自身免疫力异常而引起的。以前因为医学水平有限,对于大多数的甲状腺疾病不能做到防忠于未然。也就是说只要是甲状腺这种器官,无论是谁、什么时候都有患甲状腺疾病的可能。
